Workspaces & subdomains

Your team's own corner of the web.

Everything lives at your subdomain — acme.shareout.site — with your team's pages in one rail. Members see the same shell, the same truth.

Governance

Ship fast, stay in control.

Publish approvals before anything goes external. A skill marketplace and shared library so the team reuses what works instead of rebuilding it.

Security & your data

Calm, factual, yours.

Private by default. Connect data with your own credentials — ShareOut is the control plane; heavy data is served straight from your storage. No surprises, no lock-in.

Enterprise questions

Where is our data stored?

Artifacts are private by default and stored in your workspace. Data connections use your own credentials; heavy data is served directly from object storage, with the platform acting as a control plane.

Do you support SSO?

Yes — Google SSO today, with roles and permissions per workspace. Additional SSO providers are available on Enterprise plans.

Can we use our own domain?

Teams get a custom subdomain (e.g. yourteam.shareout.site). Enterprise can arrange a fully custom domain.

What's the onboarding like?

Teams start the same day — invite the workspace, connect a data source, publish a first page. Enterprise includes a guided onboarding and a named contact.

Is there an SLA?

Enterprise plans include an uptime SLA and priority support. Talk to us for specifics for your team.
