What changed this quarter

Three moves that bent the curve

  • 01Mid-market took the lead. Accounts in the 50–250 seat band grew +27.8% and now account for 41% of new ARR — the first quarter they out-booked enterprise.
  • 02Onboarding got out of the way. Median time-to-first-value dropped from 11 days to 6.4, and 30-day activation climbed to 73.1%.
  • 03Churn cooled. Gross logo churn fell to 1.9% monthly as the new health-score outreach caught at-risk accounts ~9 days earlier.
Customer highlight · Northwind Studio
"We replaced four spreadsheets and a standing Monday meeting with one Acme board. The team stopped arguing about whose numbers were right and started arguing about what to do next."
